What if Sunday mornings became your competitive advantage?
I quit drinking and suddenly had this gift of time on Sunday mornings.
No hangovers. No regret. No wasted hours scrolling to avoid how I felt.
At first, I filled it with planning, goal-setting, learning - the stuff I never had energy for after draining workdays.
But honestly? I was lonely doing it alone.
The Sunday Society is what I craved but couldn't find. A room full of ambitious women who've quit drinking and are asking "okay, NOW what?" We're not just staying sober, we're building the lives we actually want. Together.
You've already proven you can do hard things. Now let's channel that energy into what comes next.
Sunday mornings. Deep shifts.
For women who refuse to settle.
The Sunday Society is for you if:
You’re sober, successful and tired of doing all the inner work alone. You want structure, support and women who actually get your life.
You've spent the last decade climbing and you're at the top wondering why it still feels like something's missing.
You’ve outgrown late nights and surface-level plans but your weekends still feel oddly empty
You keep planning your year every January with real intention then by March work has taken over and you’ve lost the thread of what you wanted for yourself
You know 6pm calls after a full day don't work. Sunday mornings when your brain is actually available - that works.
Where You'll Be in 12 Months
Your days, standards and direction will finally match the woman you know you are becoming - reflected in how your weeks are structured, how you protect your time, the meetings you say no to and the way your calendar supports your life instead of running it.
In 12 months, you’ll have written goals you’ve reviewed and refined 12 times, with measurable progress in the areas that matter most - your career direction, your time, your energy and your personal life
You’ll be recognised for who you really are, with a personal brand that feels clear, confident and embodied, allowing you to show up with authority in rooms that matter and be known for your value, not just your output.
You’ll know exactly what you’re aiming for and why - replacing vague “next steps” with a clear plan that supports both your ambition and the life you actually want to live.
Yes. I ask all members to commit to 12 months alcohol-free to get the maximum benefit from The Sunday Society.
You can be on day 30 or day 1000 of your alcohol-free journey - everyone exploring an AF lifestyle is welcome here. What matters is your commitment to the next 12 months.
I know committing to a year can be scary but this is how I changed my life - when I tried to take monthly breaks it never stuck for me I had to go all in and commit to 365 days!!!
If you're not ready to commit to that, I completely understand. But this program won't work without it.
Do I need to be alcohol-free to join?
Do i NEED TO BE aLCOHOL FREE TO JOIN?
What if I slip up and have a drink?
That's okay. We all slip up.
The goal is 12 months alcohol-free - but the real goal is figuring out who you are without it.
In this community there is no judgment., no shame. and no labels.

What's the actual time commitment?
Required:
- 3 hours on the 1st Sunday of each month (12 sessions total)
- 1 IRL event per year in Edinburgh (technically optional, but you'll want to be there)
Optional:

This is built for busy women. The monthly sessions are the anchor. Everything else flexes around your life.

What happens in The Sunday Society stays in The Sunday Society. Full stop.
What's shared in sessions and in the Circle community stays there. No exceptions.
You can talk about your actual life - the company politics, the career doubts, the personal struggles - without worrying about it getting out.
Every member commits to confidentiality as part of joining. No sharing names, companies, or specific stories outside the group. No screenshots. No "my friend said" conversations.
This is a safe space. You can be honest about the messy parts without fear of judgment or exposure.

Can I cancel if it's not working for me?
If you decide The Sunday Society isn't for you, any remaining months will be refunded. Simple as that.
I'm confident you won't want to leave - the value, the community, the transformation speaks for itself. That said, if you try it and it's genuinely not the right space for you, no hard feelings. I'd rather have a small group of fully committed women than anyone who's just going through the motions.

Different industries, different roles, different career stages - but all high-achieving women who understand corporate pressure, ambitious goals and the specific loneliness of looking successful while feeling unfulfilled.

No. New members can only join twice a year: February and August.

Once you join, you commit for 12 months. After that, you can choose to stay or leave.

Guest speakers on topics that matter to how you show up in the world
Like you, I live in the corporate world and know the cycle - champagne Fridays, Sauvignon Saturdays, foggy Mondays and an inner emptiness masked by the act of "having it all". I chose sobriety. Not because I had to, but because I wanted more from life, and I knew deep down I deserved that.
That single shift opened up a world of new opportunities. I reclaimed my life and turned Sundays into my corporate superpower - and now it's your turn. I empower ambitious women like you to rediscover themselves and redefine what success looks like - on your own terms.
I’m Jill Bowie, CFO, founder of The Sunday Morning Project and qualified Positive Psychology and Alcohol-Free coach.
