I’m Jill — founder of The Sunday Morning Project and The Is This It Coach.
But who am I, really?
Well, I’m a travel addict. A dog mum. A sister, aunty, daughter, and loyal friend. I love learning new things, becoming a better version of myself, and connecting people who might never have crossed paths otherwise.
I’m also a CFO (don’t judge me!) — because I believe we’re allowed to be many versions of ourselves, and they can all exist side by side. I manage people and numbers by day, but my real passion lies in personal development, community, and helping women stretch beyond what they think is possible.
I’m in my late 30s, and like many of us, I’ve had life throw its fair share of curveballs. I’ve come to believe that everything works out the way it’s meant to — if you stay open to what’s next.
That’s what led me to create both The Sunday Morning Project and The Is This It Coach.
Because while our childhood friends might still be in our lives, they’re not always the ones who challenge or inspire us now. And sometimes, what we really need is a fresh circle — one that meets us where we are now, and dares us to go further.
I’ve run meetup groups in Edinburgh (now with over 600 members and 4.9-star reviews — a stat I’m genuinely proud of!) and now in Düsseldorf too. But The Sunday Morning Project is about creating something even bigger — a space for ambitious, open-minded women to meet, grow, and share their journey, no matter where they are.
It also complements my coaching work. So often, I hear women quietly ask themselves, “Is this it?” — in their careers, relationships, or just their day-to-day lives. Through this community, I’ll be weaving in coaching tools and reflections to help us all get a bit braver, a bit bolder, and a lot more connected.
If that sounds like your kind of vibe, I’d love for you to follow along on Instagram and join the free Facebook community launching soon.
Here’s to the version of you that wakes up on a Sunday morning and thinks, “This is it.”
Jill
